Introduction
Welcome to DiyWeb! These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our platform and services. By signing up, purchasing, or using any DiyWeb service, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
To join the DiyWeb Partners Program, you must:

2. Commission Structure

Partners earn commissions between 10% and 0%, depending on their partnership tier and performance.

Commission rates may be adjusted by DiyWeb with prior notice.

Commissions are calculated on the net sale amount (excluding taxes, refunds, and transaction fees).
3. Payments

Payouts are made once the minimum withdrawal amount of $50 USD / PKR equivalent is reached.

Payments are processed monthly via bank transfer, PayPal, or other approved methods.

Any refunds or chargebacks will be deducted from future payouts.
4. Partner Responsibilities

Promote DiyWeb products and services ethically and professionally.

Avoid false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about DiyWeb.

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country.

Use approved branding materials provided by DiyWeb.
5. Restrictions
Partners may not:

Engage in spam, fraudulent clicks, or misleading advertising.

Use DiyWeb branding for unrelated or unauthorized purposes.

Register domains or social media handles containing “DiyWeb” without written permission.
6. Termination

DiyWeb reserves the right to suspend or terminate a partner account for violations of these terms.

Upon termination, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited if they were obtained through prohibited activities.
7. Program Changes

DiyWeb may update commission rates, rules, or payment structures at any time with notice to partners.

Continued participation after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Legal Compliance

Partners are responsible for complying with tax obligations in their jurisdiction.

Any disputes will be governed under the laws of Norway.
